Kappa League performs projects that expose young men to planning, execution, and reporting ideas that simulate good leadership characteristics designed to raise their aspiration levels.
All activities and programs are modeled around seven developmental phases. The primary purpose of Kappa League is to help young men achieve worthy goals and make constructive contributions to their communities when the role of leadership becomes their responsibility.
