KAPPA LEAGUE GOALS

Kappa League performs projects that expose young men to planning, execution, and reporting ideas that simulate good leadership characteristics designed to raise their aspiration levels. All activities and programs are modeled around seven developmental phases. The primary purpose of Kappa League is to help young men achieve worthy goals and make constructive contributions to their communities when the role of leadership becomes their responsibility.

Enable young men to discover unique skills and abilities in order to fulfill his purpose in life.

Measure: Senior’s application & acceptance to college; passing to the next grade level; progression through our Kappa League program; maintaining a journal of accomplishments; GPA improvement.

Prepare young men to become leaders of impact and influence.

Measure: Work in various leadership positions within Kappa League and various community and civic service roles.

Obtain 100% high school graduation and collegiate/trade school acceptance rates.

Measure: Track and influence positive progression through school; similar outcomes as goal # 1.

Train Kappa Leaguers to become role models of positive change for other youth within their school and community.

Measure: Exhibit good behavior; leadership development; reward achievement (quarterly, immediate, scholarships).
